The Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) is an international not-for-profit, membership based, research and development organisation based within the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Adelaide, South Australia.

The UCSF JBI Centre, founded in 2011, is an affiliate centre of the Joanna Briggs Institute. The UCSF JBI Centre promotes and supports the synthesis, transfer and utilisation of evidence through identifying feasible, appropriate, meaningful and effective healthcare practices to assist in the improvement of healthcare outcomes.
